For events booked from March 2026 onward, organisers may select one of the following benefits:
- One complimentary room per 20 rooms booked
- Complimentary upgrades for VIPs or organisers for up to five rooms
- Enhanced healthy break
- Welcome drinks reception for all delegates
- Complimentary AV (subject to availability).
This offer is subject to availability and applies exclusively to new bookings from March 2026 onward, with block‑out dates including UK bank holidays, Easter, Christmas, New Year, May half‑term week (26 May–1 June 2026), and other peak periods where applicable.
