To secure this reservation, a credit card has been requested to guarantee the booking. All outstanding charges must be settled upon departure. Upon arrival, guests will be required to present the credit card they wish to use to settle their account. This card will be pre-authorized. We are unable to charge the card provided if both the card and the cardholder are not present at the time of departure.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 2:00 PM 3 days before arrival. If you cancel after 2pm 3 days prior to arrival, the full stay including tax will be charged.
Non-refundable reservations: Full payment for the stay will be required at the time of booking. The prepayment is non-refundable, and no changes of date or cancellations are permitted.
No shows or early departures will be charged total stay.
Special Requirements
If you have hearing difficulties, please inform us so that appropriate arrangements can be made in the event of a fire alarm.
Smoking
Excelsior operates a non-smoking policy in all interior areas and guest rooms. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
Children
At breakfast, children under 2 years of age dine free of charge when accompanied by their parents or guardians. Children between the ages of 3 and 12 are entitled to a 50% discount on breakfast. We kindly ask that parents always supervise their children while in dining areas to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all guests.
