Chef de Rang / Chef de Bar – Rif. WSCR221
We are looking for Chef de Rang for our bars and our restaurant. A proven experience in luxury hotels, familiarity in managing and relating to high-profile customers is required. Proactivity and fluent knowledge of English and preferably a second foreign language complete the profile.
Commis de Rang – Rif. WSCM221
We are looking forward to hiring candidates who have gained an important experience also during internships and who have the aim of growing professionally in a prestigious context.
Shift leader description – Rif. WSSL221
We are seeking a shift leader that would be responsible for assigning work and ensuring the completion of daily tasks in Front Office operations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service. Fully responsible for completing all items on the shift checklist daily. Monitor and maintain Excelsior luxury standards. Provide quality, efficiency and superior luxury service. Additional and preferable skills: Opera PMS knowledges, excellent English and a second foreign language and at least two years’ previous 5* Luxury experience in the same position. Passion, Teamwork, commitment, positive attitude and flexibility is a must.
Due to the limited availability of housing, priority will be given to candidates domiciled in the area.
We offer a fixed-term seasonal contract. The hiring period will be defined during the interview, also in consideration of the specific professional profile.
