Blue Bar
The bar at the heart of the Excelsior and the one with the most stories in its walls. Since the Venice Film Festival found its home on the Lido, Blue Bar has been the late-night meeting place for cast, crew, critics and hotel guests who want one more drink before the night ends. Venetian-blue walls, cocktails named for Festival classics, and an atmosphere that feels like the lights have just gone down and anything might happen. Every order is a small tribute to cinema and to the hotel’s most glamorous chapter.
