No penalty will be applied in case of cancellation before 3 days (12.00 p.m. Hotel’s time) prior the arrival date for stays in April, May, June, September, October; no penalty will be applied in case of cancellation before 7 days (12.00 p.m. Hotel’s time) prior the arrival date for stays in July and August. A penalty equal to the total amount of the reservation will be charged in case of late cancellation or no show.

No show: in case of no show the total amount of the reservation will be charged as penalty.

Early departure: after the check-in and in case of early departure the total amount of the reservation will be charged as penalty.

Maximum extra beds per room: 2 (any combination of adults and children). Classic rooms cannot host any extra bed.

FAMILY PACKAGE

Available only for new reservations of two (2) connecting Premium Junior Suites.
The room for the adults is at full price, the connecting room for the children (up to 12 y.o.) will be discounted by 25% on the rate of the first room.

LONG STAYS

At the moment of confirmation, all reservations with a length of stay equal or superior to ten nights (10), will require a 25% of the total reservation as deposit. This deposit is non-cancellable, non-refundable.
The remaining balance will be required one week prior to arrival.
In case of early departure, the penalty will be the 100% of the amount of the reservation.

La camera per gli adulti è a prezzo pieno, la camera comunicante per i bambini (fino a 12 anni) sarà scontata del 25% sulla tariffa della prima camera.

SOGGIORNI LUNGHI

Al momento della conferma, tutte le prenotazioni con una durata del soggiorno pari o superiore a dieci notti (10), richiederanno un deposito pari al 25% del totale della prenotazione. Tale deposito non è cancellabile e non è rimborsabile.
Il saldo sarà richiesto una settimana prima dell'arrivo.
In caso di partenza anticipata, la penale sarà pari al 100% dell'importo della prenotazione.
